Pit Area Organisation
As the club is going through a particular busy period, we need to try and maintain a safe and tidy pit area (as apposed to tables being set up like a bad game of Tetris (at times)).
Please see the proposed plan that we would like to carry out this Friday 18th Jan.
All pit tables to follow parralel lines from the inside wall, each table allowing space in-between for pit haulers were required.
We need to keep a clear space at the fire doors near the top of the hall as usual, but also keep tables clear of the storeroom doors as we will be putting the trolly away after the track has been set up. This will hopefully reduce crowds of people close to the track and rostrum. Instead, we will post all race results in the foyer area as we have done previously.
