On-Road Championship Night – Round 1 of 7
January 10, 2025 @ 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
The booking-in links will become available on the Monday before Fridays race night.
Everyone is expected to help with the set-up and putting away of the track (many hands makes light work).
Typically a night will take the structure of 3 heats and 1 final. All races are 4 minutes long.
From time to time we may deviate from this format if time allows for longer races/extra heats etc.
Drivers who are new to the club, we encourage you to read the information on our “New Driver Info” page as there are a few things you will need to bring with you on the night.
Members ONLY can book in from Noon SUNDAY 24th Nov 2024.
Non-Members can book in from Noon TUESDAY 26h Nov 2024
Please note, if Non Members book in before 12 noon Tuesday their name will be removed from the list and they will need to book in again on Tuesday.
On-line Booking in closes 5pm noon on THURSDAY
On-Road is capped at 63 drivers
(If entering 2 classes then the 1st class entered will be regarded as your 1st class. The ability to run a 2nd class will be dependent on whether there are reserves, as it is unfair for people to run 2 classes when some cannot race. If your 1st class is pulled because not enough enter, then your 2nd class of will become your 1st class.)

• Member Payments must be made by 9am on Wednesday . This will secure your place on the race night, unless booking in beyond our capacity of 63 racers is exceeded, in which case, these bookings will be held on a Reserve List.
• If payment is not made by 9am on Wednesday, your place could be offered up to a reserve list driver
• If a space does not become available and the reserve list driver is unable to be provided a space, a refund will be made by end of Friday, if they have paid.
