Off-Road – Fun Night

Everyone is expected to help with the set-up and putting away of the track (many hands makes light work).
Typically a night will take the structure of 3 heats and 1 final. All races are 4 minutes long.
From time to time we may deviate from this format if time allows for longer races/extra heats etc.
Drivers who are new to the club, we encourage you to read the information on our “New Driver Info” page as there are a few things you will need to bring with you on the night.
RACE DETAILS
Hall opens at 6pm for setting up the track layout on the EOS carpet.
On-line Booking in closes 12 noon on Thursday
Buggy capped at 56 drivers

If paying for just 1 race, then the fees are the same for Seniors and Juniors as below:
- Senior Members £7
- Senior Non-Members £8
- Junior Members £7
- Junior Non-Members £8
- 2nd Class Free

However you can now buy race cards as follows:
- Senior Members – 5 for £28
- Senior Non-Members – 4 for £28
- Junior Members – 5 for £23
- Junior Non-Members – 4 for £23
If you want to buy race cards then just send the amount for the cards by Paypal to ribblevalleyrc@gmail.com as Family and Friends and just say race cards. You can then put CARD as payment method for your race and the rest of the cards will be given out when you come to race.
- Member Payments must be made by 9am on Wednesday . This will secure your place on the race night, unless booking in beyond our capacity of 56 racers is exceeded, in which case, these bookings will be held on a Reserve List.
- If payment is not made by 9am on Wednesday, your place could be offered up to a reserve list driver
- If a space does not become available and the reserve list driver is unable to be provided a space, a refund will be made by end of Friday, if they have paid.
