Scheduled Booking-In Process
As you know, booking in for racing, especially for non-members on Wednesday at 12 noon can be a nightmare. The race is so close that sometimes people book in ahead of the 12:00 start time, resulting in them being removed and having to re-book.
To eliminate this, next week we will be trialing a timed booking in system where by there will be two separate page links for members and non-members and each booking in page will only be visible at the 12:00 on their respective days. If a booking in attempt was made before 12:00, an error page will appear and you will have to try again at the correct time.
The Members page will open at 12:00pm on Monday 18th feb and close at 11:00am on Wednesday the 20th (any members who haven’t booked in by the close of this page will have to then book-in with the non-members page once it becomes live)
The non-members page will open at 12:00pm on Wednesday 20th and close 12:00pm on Thursday 21st.

Hopefully this will cease any early bookings and give everyone a fair chance.
It may also flag up other issues we haven’t foreseen and so should you experience any, please let us know after the event and we can consider any changes that maybe needed.
