AGM Notice
The clubs ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Wednesday 6th February 2019 – 7:30 @ The Poachers Tavern, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 6BA.
Everyone is welcome, both members AND non-members – your opinion counts!
Nominations for the following Committee membership are invited in accordance with the constitution:
Chair
Secretary
Treasurer
Race Control Rep
Health & Safety Officer
Track Master
Communications Rep (instead of Webmaster see below)
GT12 Representative x 2
Buggy Representative x 2
Junior Representative
The Committee welcome nominations from Senior Club members for Committee positions, with the expectation that they play an active part in the running and management of the club, will commit to attend Committee Meetings (normally no more than 4 times a year) and they contribute during a race night. A description of the committee member roles and responsibilities is contained in the constitution.
