Cost:
Senior Members £7.00
Junior Members £5.00
Senior Non-Members £8.00
Junior Non-Members £6.00

Track set-up:
Friday 21st December at 6pm
As we have more time than usual for track set-up, we usually try and make the track more interesting with extra features, jumps etc. The more people who can help, means we can create a better track for race-day. We encourage you to do your best to be available for this.

Race Day:
Saturday 22nd December.
Doors will open at 9.00am with a short time for practice before racing starts at 9.30am
We will be running 5 min heats split into separate classes for 2WD and 4WD.
The day is expected to finish around 5.00pm and everyone is expected to help put the track away as usual.

Food:
On the day, we will be organising a Pizza run. This will cost £5 per head.
The tuck shop will be available as always for snacks and drinks.

Raffle:
We have a whole selection of RC gear to raffle. Money raised will again go towards the charity so be prepared to ticket binge!
We think we have a great day planned and hope you can all make it. Based on last year, it should be a fantastic event!

Charity Information:
Community Assistance Group (C.A.G):
We are helping families who cannot afford to feed their children or that are on real hard times. We help domestic violence women who have only the clothes they stand up in and their children the same that have to live in a safe house.
We help people with learning difficulties and who have mental health. We help the homeless get back on their feet in a new home. We have 100s of people who are living in poverty and the food and clothes situation in this area is dire.
HOW IT WORKS: We rely heavily on kind people gifting items – food, toiletries, nappies, clothes, household items etc. The admins deal with quite a lot of people who are not in the group i.e. Domestic Violence families/homeless/no internet. Funds are used for storage and to buy food/nappies etc.
